17th August 2015 a bomb exploded at a Bangkok temple and killed and wounded several people.
Most property developers and brokers/agents were worried about the impact on property investments, but at TEN Thai Estate Network we have seen no slowdown due to the bombing and several other developers and property brokers are in line with us, and we all expect that the impact will mainly be limited to the tourism sector.

In other words, the demand for property remains strong here in the Land Of Smiles, and we believe there is no long-term impact on real estate.
Thailand has always been very resilient overcoming such events, like we have seen with the devastating 2004 tsunami, SARS epidemic and several military coups.

Thailand always remains strong and the property prices keep increasing over the past 20+ years.
