When Selling Your Home, Let’s Price It To Leave Room For Negotiations, Or NOT!

Believe me, a buyer will not waste any time looking at a villa or condo that is overpriced. So before you list your home 1 million THB higher than a real estate agent suggests, just to leave room for “negotiating,” you need to understand that most of the buyers already know it’s over priced and may pass on looking at your home.
